4 Agosto 2026The room was incredibly hot even when it was cool outside. The room felt like it was at least 30 degrees when it was 20 degrees outside. There’s just no way you should be able to charge 150,000 COP (nearly $50 US) for this room. Anyone staying in this room is doing the hotel a favor and the price should reflect that. There are no exterior windows and no soft warm lighting. There is barely any additional room besides the bed. And there was only 1 towel for my partner and I. Apart from this, why is the building so hot? Why isn’t there any ventilation? Why aren’t exterior doors open to help this circulation? Either offer this room for 100K cop, or don’t offer this room at all. Absolutely nobody should pay 150K for this room. Again, you are doing the hotel a favor by staying in that particular room.
