El desayuno estaba bien, completo. La habitación linda pero la cama durísima! La ubicación Maso.

La atención del personal deja mucho que desear. Fui a las 8:30 antes de desayunar a solicitar me informen el costo por hacer el check out a las 10 pm, me dicen 1000 thb. Después se la pasaron llamando a la habitación incluso fueron 2 veces a golpear la puerta para decir que habían pasado mal el precio. Un desastre, entrenen al personal para que no de información errónea y si lo hacen que se hagan cargo de su error y solucionen.

Camas duras, habitación no muy limpia. Olor a humedad. El pan y la bollería del desayuno estaba muy dura, no era fresca del día. Habitación sin armario.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the way a situation regarding the last two nights of my booking was handled. I was fully aware of the cancellation policy, but due to an unexpected flight issue, we had to leave two nights earlier than planned. I contacted the accommodation simply to ask whether there might be any possible solutions, whether that meant a refund, a partial refund, or even a discount or credit towards a future stay. I would have completely understood if the answer had been no. The problem is not the possibility of being refused. The problem is how the situation was handled afterwards. I was initially told that the matter would be discussed with the manager and that I should contact Booking.com. I did so and submitted the requested request. Then, when we were checking out, I spoke directly with the reception staff and was explicitly told that they had spoken with the manager and that the manager had agreed to refund the two unused nights. I was again asked to contact Booking.com, which I did. Booking.com then sent the request to the property, and I also contacted the accommodation through the Booking.com messaging system to ask them to review it. Since then, I have received no response or update from the property. I would have had no issue accepting a clear “no” from the beginning. What I find frustrating and disappointing is being told that the manager had agreed to the refund, only to then receive no follow-up and have to repeatedly chase the matter myself. At this point, it honestly feels as though I have been given the runaround rather than being given a clear answer. If the decision had ultimately been no, I would have accepted it. What I find difficult to accept is being told one thing and then receiving no communication afterwards. Aside from this issue, I had a good experience with the accommodation. The facilities were nice, the room was clean, and overall I had no major complaints about the stay itself.

La relación calidad precio y la ubicación.

La limpieza y el tamaño de la habitación, un poco justo al no tener armario para guardar las maletas.

Excelente ubicacion para transporte publico y desplazarse por la ciudad, personal muy agradable, desayuno muy bueno.

La cama muy dura y el wifi no llegaba apenas a la habitacion.
