  private beach, good size hotel with a lot of space, nice pool, beautiful gardens, nice shopping. All in all, it was a good experience, had a lot of fun with my family, enjoyed very much the pool and snorkeling at the beaches.

  Once you are a guest the staff treated you really great and everyone is so very helpful and attentive So when I just booked it wasn’t confirmed until the next day was a little worried at first knowing the payment was taken but as soon as I woke the other morning I got the email regarding the reservation as it regards to the hotel the food the staff and everything was perfect even met a family member working their and got treated like royalty

  Todo bien Todo bien, hotel no tan Grande pero cumple con todo lo necesario. Lo único que queda a mejorar es que el buffet no es tan variado, que la habitación que me toco al menos, no tenía frigobar y que nadie habla español.

  Comida y bebidas Me gusto la comida y el lugar, muy limpio todo, sin embargo la playa del hotel estaba llena de sillas vacías que no retiraban por la noche por lo que no había lugar libre en la playa, no se podía apreciar el paisaje ni disfrutar la arena.

  Nice location and fresh rooms . Good music at the pool The resort is perfectly located with nice views. Rooms are fresh and updated. Staff try their best but 1. They are overworked and get mood swings often. 2. Food and drinks options are soooo limited. There isn’t many options to choose from. Restaurants pretty much have 3 types of food to choose from. 3. Drinks , looks like they need mixologist to put together cocktail options. Because it is either Bob Marley, rum punch or hurricane and that’s it!! 4. As expensive as it is, I expected luxury. At some point. Staff were n strike so you’ll have to wait 2 hours to get seating and another 1 hour to get served. If you dare order room service, I guess you’ll get your food next day!!

  Parque acquatico, la casa de cafe es muy buena, donde hay la pizza es un 10.No dejen de probar el restaurante Three Palms, es un poco lejano del hotel pero de excelente calidad. Buena ubicacion, cercano al aeropuerto.Hotel bien estructurado pero no es de los mas grandes, vale la pena a los que no se importan con eso.La pieza era muy amplia y la amabilidad es nota 1000.
