  calidad-precio estuvimos 4 días calidad precio es lo que te puedes esperar, están reformando el hotel y se nota que van poco a poco, ubicación muy buena a 10 minutos de funchal

  Cómoda estancia Nos alojamos durante 7 días, la localización está bastante bien, se tardan unos 30 min en bajar al puerto caminando. La habitación está limpia.

  The staff were amazing not one of the them was rude they were always very helpful nothing was to much trouble and they were always happy and smiling. That is at the reception deck the food hall the bar and the room service. They were the 5 stars to us as we were thinking of going to check out. It didn?t help when other guests you spoke to said the same thing that they said this is NOT 5 stars. After 47 years of travelling we have never arrived at a hotel and wanted to turn around and go home. We booked a sea view and didn’t get one so we moved out straight away. We got our sea view but it was the size of shoe box. You couldn’t move past the end of the bed without bumping into it. The wardrobe was not enough for to peoples clothes as the fridge was in it. The pillows were awful wrong shape to big and puffy. I could hear word for word next doors tv and them talking in there room. I appreciate that you would hear them when on the balcony. I had a stool to sit on but no chair. We had two milks for a cup of tea each that’s one cup of tea each. Shower head was stuck in one position and you couldn’t adjust it and it wasn’t one that was fixed and was very small. I don’t think having a bath robe and slippers makes it 5 star. So once again we had to move. We are fun people and not old and boring and mix well with people and make friends easily and after all are years of travelling we have never had such an awful time.

  Zona hotelera con restaurantes y vida. Hotel barato con piscina, relación calidad precio muy buena. Las habitaciones son grandes. Viene muy bien el frigorífico, la cocina no la usamos.

  Sobretodo el personal amable y atento. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y en pleno centro del Pueblo de Santa Cruz. Las instalaciones muy acogedoras. Los buffet tanto el desayuno como el de la cena bastantes completitos y variados.
