When arrived, there was no receptionist at the entrance so I coul not get into the hotel. It was cold outside. The room I asked was the one with the best possible view. The receptionist gave me a room with windows looking at a trash yard.

negativo: The night receptionist was somebody I would prefer no to talk to.
