All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 50% of the first night will be charged. Between 11-06-2012 and 30-06-2012, free cancellation can be made up until 1 day before the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time 20% of the first night is charged. For no-show, 40% of the first night will be charged. Between 01-09-2012 and 04-11-2012, free cancellation can be made up until 12:00 on the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time no penalty is charged. For no-show, 50% of the first night will be charged. Between 01-07-2012 and 31-07-2012, free cancellation can be made up until 3 days before the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time 30% of the first night is charged. For no-show, 60% of the first night will be charged. Between 01-08-2012 and 31-08-2012, free cancellation can be made up until 3 days before the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time 40% of the first night is charged. For no-show, 70% of the first night will be charged.
