  We were given an upgrade on checking in. The room with the view of the river was great but a bit noisy. Dinner at the Toro Toro restaurant was delicious but very expensive. Main course and a bottle of wine for two was US 445. This hotel is very big so some aspect is impersonal. Our room was not made up until we told concierge when we went out for dinner. We just wanted the room to be cleaned and bed made up. We do not need bedsheets or towels to be changed everyday. The previous occupier left the safe locked. We told the front desk and it took them two attempts by two different people to sort it out.

  Good location next to bayside. Easy to get from cruise port and to the airport Stayed for one night after cruise. Hotel is nice but lacking atmosphere. Food was overpriced and bland. Very disappointed for what it cost

  Mala experiencia. Muy mala experiencia: el desayuno con poca variedad, cobran por el parking y las instalaciones son muy viejas y poco renovadas para ser Estados Unidos.

  Una cuadra denla playa Quise extender mi estancia , muy mal asesorada por Mariana , pésima atencion , y luego se duplico por falta de mi experiencia y no me pudieron anular una , por lo cual pague doble

  Front desk staff very helpful and polite. I booked this hotel because it was closed to Miami Beach and the photos were nice. I can tell now I wouldn't stay there again. They had no parking which in Miami is a great hassle, I know as my car was towed and damaged by the towing company. The bathroom in the room wasn't nice, even the door did not close properly. Both the main bed and the sofa bed mattresses were awful I will need a couple of weeks for my back and neck to recover. They also have loads of bums always around the premises which for girls travelling alone will be scary, some of them were bathing and sleeping right outside the hotel.
